Play with us

The Tigers have regained the strength that saw us dominate women’s cricket in NSW, and Australia, for many years. We’re the home of national champions Rachael Haynes and Alyssa Healy.

For the past three seasons we have won the club championship, which we see as the pinnacle of success. As well, we made the semi-finals for three grades in both of the past three seasons. We won the first grade premiership in 2021/22, the T20 cup in 2022/23, and the premierships in both 2nds and Brewers in 2022/23.

PROFESSIONALISM

Professionalism at all levels.

We are also closely linked with SCG Cricket, which gives opportunities for emerging players to mix with established stars, and experience the Sydney Cricket Ground.

We have three grades and the Brewer’s Shield (under 18) playing Premier Cricket. First and second grade and Brewer’s Shield play a mix on 50-over and T20 games on turf on Sundays. Third grade plays a mix of 30-over and 20-over games on Saturdays. The season runs from late October to March. We train on Wednesdays.

Sammy-Jo Johnson (NSW, Thunder), Maitlan Brown (NSW, Sixers, Australia-A), Olivia Porter (ACT, Thunder) and Jivana Aras (USA) all play with the Tigers. Jodie Hicks played several seasons with the Sixers, and Nell Bryson-Smith has been in the squads of the Hurricanes and the Strikers. Nicola Hancock (ACT and Brisbane Heat) and Ange Reakes (ACT, Sixers) have also played with the Tigers in the past.
